Despite Bitcoin's recent resurgence and momentum to hit new all-time highs, Scott Minerd, a former Bitcoin majority and chief investment officer at Guggenheim Investments, said he will no longer invest in Bitcoin.

In an interview he noted, "We've invested a lot of time in bitcoin, and yet bitcoin hasn't gone in the direction we expected. After watching it for a while, we thought its price would continue to go lower, so we liquidated our position."


He explains, "One thing I learned years ago when I was a bond trader is that when you don't understand what's going on, you're better off getting out of the market." "So, trading discipline tells me that I don't really understand what's happening in the market right now."
